Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company in scale-up mode. The product is established, the ICP is clear, and leadership is serious about revenue execution.

Who we’re looking for

You’re a hands-on sales leader who can build pipeline systems, coach AEs, and drive consistent forecasting. You’re comfortable being a player/coach depending on stage.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach AEs (player/coach depending on team size)

  • Own sales execution: pipeline creation, conversion, deal velocity

  • Run deal reviews, tighten qualification, improve win rates

  • Build forecasting discipline and sales metrics

  • Partner with marketing/CS/product on ICP, messaging, GTM alignment

What you bring

  • SaaS sales leadership experience with measurable revenue impact

  • Strong pipeline + closing track record (not just inbound management)

  • Clear frameworks (MEDDICC/SPICED/MAPs) and coaching ability

  • Strong communication + executive presence

  • Comfortable operating in US time zones
