B2B SaaS company scaling revenue with a clear ICP and measurable GTM motion. This is a full-cycle AE role focused on pipeline creation + closing.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → close
Build pipeline via outbound (plus inbound support depending on setup)
Run structured qualification and mutual action plans
Keep CRM clean and forecasts accurate
Collaborate with SDR/marketing/RevOps to improve conversion
What you bring
2+ years closing experience in B2B (SaaS is a plus)
Comfortable generating your own pipeline (outbound)
Strong discovery, objection handling, and follow-through
Business-strong English + US time zone overlap
